Inside the Disneyland Resort, not much is taking place. Summer will be ending soon and then the Disneyland Resort will gear up in high gear for its annual Halloween Time.
The last section of the Disneyland Main Entrance turnstiles is getting worked on
Work continues over at the Main Street corridor
I wonder if the Adventure Trading Company game has been a success or not
New Orleans Square is so quiet
Even with a 9 a.m. Park opening, it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be
The construction walls that were around Mlle Antoinette Parfumerie have been removed
With the walls now taken away from Mlle Antoinette's Parfumerie, the refurbishment that took place in New Orleans Square seems to be complete
Over in Port Royal, Haunted Mansion merchandise can be purchased here
Speaking of Haunted Mansion...
The gates were closed at the time
But about 10 minutes later, the gates were open and welcoming Guests inside
I noticed these flags hanging throughout Frontierland
The flags are like marking territories for gangs inside Frontierland
These gangs sure get around, marking their turf
I wonder what happens when one gang member crosses the path of the other
Over at Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage...
Only a month and a half before the attraction reopens and sends Guests to visit an underwater volcano
Back on Main Street U.S.A.
Some Haunted Mansion merchandise...
And Halloween themed merchandise continues to show up
The Fortuosity store received its yearly attack of crows for Halloween
Aww... young Kristoff
Heading to Disney California Adventure....
The middle of the entrance turnstiles was being used as an exit.
I thought that made it convenient and nice as Guests exiting didn't need to go to either end of the turnstiles, they just walk straight out of the Park
What's this? Characters over by the Millionaire building.
Trying to bring more people into the "dead" area of the Park? ha ha
The longest "line" was to see Chip and Dale
Sometimes I wonder if people know who these "rare" characters are if they are taken out of their element and natural atmosphere
And even though he is nowhere near Splash Mountain and Critter Country, practically everyone around knew that this was Br'er Bear
A new travel agency display window at the Argyle Building
This time promoting DCA transportation
We also see brouchure for
We also see brochures of companies such as Pan Am and TWA
DCA has ocean liners, planes...
..and trains to fit your travel needs
A picture of Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland
Pacific Ocean Park
Work continues over at the Grand Californian Hotel
If there are rooms behind these tarps, I would hate to pay the big $$$ to get a view....of a tarp.
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
Great update! It literally pains me to see what they did to NOS with the Club 33 expansion. I just hope they can fix some of the outside theming to help it a bit. And if they really want to get people in that dead zone, they need to put in that Monsters Inc. door coaster! LOL. A man can dream!
