According to the Disney Parks Blog, a new game is suppose to debut today in Adventureland.
I haven't read too much about the game itself, so my main thing is to just observe and then from there see if I want to play.
Another section of the Disneyland turnstiles are getting a refubishment
On Main Street, the Castle Bros facade is getting a refurbishment
Since the windows are covered up while the refurbishment is taking place on the outside, they made it so that it still looks like you could be looking through the windows
A new interactive game has appeared in Adventureland. Unlike the "Legends of Frontierland" game in Frontierland, this new Adventureland game costs you money to play
A small crowd eager to try and find some JuJu
Please note that I have not played the game yet.
Not sure if I plan to.
If I do, I may try and find someone to come along cause I don't want to play the game by myself. \
Plus, I think on some of the JuJus, a purchase of items is necessary which involves pineapple.
Ugh, I don't like pineapple ... or practically anything food wise they sell in Adventureland. And I am not gonna just waste it.
That's why I would need to find someone to go with me, so they can eat my portion
She looks like she's excited to go on her Adventureland quest to find JuJus
These are what some of the JuJus looks like
What JuJu lurks in the crate for the Guests
Wait ... were those poles with the cable and orange flags there before?
I thought the rooftops were done with their whole modification of fall protection fencing ha ha
I wonder what these rocks with the carved out are is for? ;)
Could this be for JuJus?
I wonder what kind of magic lie deep in the jungles of Adventureland
I wonder what they plan to do on the bottom of this window
Over at the Port Royal, in celebration of the 45th anniversary of the Haunted Mansion, specific Haunted Mansion merchandise can be found
Speaking of the Haunted Mansion....
It always feels like somebody's watching me
I am trying to remember if these blue lights at the end when you disembark the doombuggie was always this bright.
It totally took me by surprise when I stepped off at the whole room was a piercing blue. Maybe I was just tired for the evening and my eyes were a bit more sensitive
Amazingly no one wants to try and pull out the sword
Earlier in the week, Peter Pan's Flight was down for a small refurbishment for track replacement
The whole station was exposed to Guests
What a tease.
Imagine going into Fantasyland, seeing pirate ships in the station, no queue, and you think to yourself that you lucked out with no wait.
And then come to find out that it was closed
Riding the Monorail....
A lot of activity in the dry lagoon of Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
It's a Duffy Yoda!
Please... clog up the store with wheelchairs, electric convenience vehicles, and strollers.
And we head over to Disney California Adventure ....
...to see if this structure is still under wraps.
And it is.
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
Great, as always. The build up for the Haunted Mansion anniversary is exciting to watch. Thanks for the great update.
ReplyDeleteYeah
DeleteIt would be cool if Disney has something planned on Saturday the 9th, marking it's 45th anniversary.
love your night photography!
ReplyDeleteThanks. :)
DeleteNight shots were not my strong point.
But lately I have been going during the evening hours, with the purpose of taking night shots. And by doing so, I have been motivated on getting out there and practice once again
The costumed Adventureland CM photographed helping with the Juju thing... is he supposed to be wearing an iPhone on his hip? Is this game sponsored by Apple? Is it a game set in the 2010's?
