Walking to Downtown Disney, I decided that I will use the Downtown Disney Monorail station since I only need to see the lagoon as I am coming into the Park.
Luckily I was able to grab the window side that faces the lagoon.
And as we enter Disneyland, this is what I saw
The lagoon is indeed filling up.
Disneyland doesn't waste time as they started to fill the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage lagoon shortly after midnight on Monday.
