What Shall We Do With The River Berm? Just "Let It Go"
A hefty crowd waiting to get into Disney California Adventure
While waiting, I overheard a number of people talk about bolting to the Hyperion Theater to get a FastPass for the new Frozen Live At The Hyperion stage show.
New Guide Map covers for Disney California Adventure
At least it's not Mater dressed up like Elsa
Only three shows are performing, compared to Aladdin's 4 to 5 shows per day
Majority of the crowd entering the gates headed right over to Hollywood Land
Once rope drop occurred, all Guests were lead through the Hollywood Studios portion of Hollywood Land
Everyone was taken around the stage, in front of Monster's Inc.
From there, Guests were formed into a queue which did a few switchbacks in front of the old Hollywood and Dine restaurant before heading towards the Hyperion Theater
They pretty much took the same model they had used on Aladdin's Last Day performance.
The FastPass machines were not being used during the time I got a FastPass.
The number of tickets the Guests showed the Cast Members were the same number of FastPass tickets they would get.
My FastPass ticket for Frozen Live At The Hyperion
A separate post on Frozen Live at the Hyperion will be posted later
I feel these banners are bit late as the sneak peek has been at the Sunset Showcase Theater for a couple of weeks and the actual movie has now started to play in theaters
Heading over to Disneyland now
Yes!
No one raising their hands this time.
The landscape is always changing
Walking over to Critter Country to get a few shots from there
Standing at the bridge in front of Splash Mountain that leads into Critter Country, looking out towards the construction of Star Wars Land
The berm is gone
It's all flat right now
Amazing!
Checking out the Skyway Chalet
An eye raising experience...
More like a mouth raising experience
This duck wants to become a Jedi in training.
Doesn't he know that he has to register over at the exit of the Star Wars Launch Bay
Speaking of the Jedi Training registration, Guests who are in Disneyland during Early Entry can now register during that hour.
Before, Guests had to wait until Park opening to register.
Many Early Entry Guests would line up for registration during that hour, waiting for it to open
Missing: 1 "Over California" sign.
Media was stationed on the other side of the sign. Probably to talk about the new Soarin' experience coming to Disney California Adventure next month
It's just after 10:30 a.m. and Guests were already getting in the StandBy line for the 1 pm showing of Frozen Live at the Hyperion
Tickle Tickle
Stadium style vending taking place inside the holding area of the Hyperion Theater
Time to head over to the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure for some Star Wars Land construction pictures
With the berm flatten, you can actually see the island now.
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
