With Grad-Nites finally over, the Disneyland Resort is ready for the Summer season .... for the most part.
Disney California Adventure first.
Grizzly River Run reopened from its refurbishment
Look at those "dummies" on Grizzly River Run ;)
Work ... continues (?) over at the Toy Story Midway Mania queue structure
Ahh... Cars Land
Can you believe it recently turned 2 years old.
Enter the "Terrible Twos"
Guests enjoying Mater's Junkyard Jamboree
Of all the attractions in Cars Land to act up during the "Terrible Twos", it would have to be Radiator Springs Racers
Guests on Luigi's Flying Tires
Woody sure is enjoying riding on Bullseye
Frozen merchandise
This kitty was seen at the Grizzly falls
Good thing there was no water running down at the time
Heading to Disneyland now
So last week I mentioned how the Disneyland guide map indicates First Aid over where the lockers are...
...Well until that time happens, a sign has been placed at the Main Street lockers indicating that First Aid is still open next to the Plaza Inn.
The First Aid icon was placed on the wrong guide map publication. That's why there is this confusion
Work continues over in New Orleans Square
When I first walked by this, it looked as though the Mansion was on fire
The Jungle Cruise received a wait time sign with a turning time indicator on it
So it appears that the Jungle Cruise doesn't have to staff the entrance with a Cast Member to inform Guests how long the wait it.
Alice in Wonderland refurbishment continues
Amazing that this should be opening in a couple weeks
Some sketches of curls underneath the vine
As you may notice, these sketches resemble the same curls found on the leaves that surround the garden
So far, it doesn't look that bad
The whole "on edge" feeling is lost though
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
These blue plastic bags protect the new installation of coral
Captain EO has closed so the Magic Eye Theater can be used for a sneak peek preview of Guardians of the Galaxy
A lot of work over at the Space Mountain exit
You can see in the lower right corner that the Captain EO sign has been taken down
I guess it's time to replace this poster
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
That orange cat is friendly. One morning before opening, a couple of Redwood Challenge CMs were petting the cat.
ReplyDeleteI have seen the orange cat around a number of times before in the mornings when I get there at Park opening.
DeleteJust kind of funny to see the cat just on the rocks, minding his own business. Ha ha
Thanks for the update, Mint.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. And thank you for visiting :)
ReplyDeleteI wonder what all of the scaffolding and stuff up around the area behind Pizza Port sign is for.
