I don't really like this title. Without really looking inside it, when I see this title, I think it refers to the whole "the customer is always right" policy and that the employees should do whatever it takes to make customers happy.

Apparently the 2014 Egg-stravaganza Easter Egg Hunt at Disneyland sold out.
But they are willing to give out free printed copies of the map
But, there are no stickers to place on the map, and you can not redeem the map for a prize
They still have the redemption location in case anyone has a completed paid 2014 Egg-stravaganza map, they can still claim their prize

DeleteAs far as why many people don't comment, there could be a number of reasons. Maybe they don't know what to say, or have nothing to say at all. It's hard to say for sure.
But as long as they keep coming back, and checking it out, that's what is important :)
