Smooth morning as both Disney California Adventure and Disneyland hardly had anyone going in
At 8:55 a.m. very few people waiting for Disney California Adventure to open for the day.

Can you believe that Disney California Adventure had only been open for less than 10 minutes and the end of the line for a Radiator Springs Fast Pass was in front of the Carthay Circle restaurant
No one down Hollywood Blvd
Time to go check out Disneyland
The hub is very deserted
Frontierland is very quiet
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad's construction walls have been removed
These two tanks will supply the third lift will with a new effect
Witty signage
Frozen Meet and Greet 10:00 - 4:30 operation time
With Captain America new meet and greet inside Innoventions, new banners have been put up

Back at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
All three doors are open for Guest flow
Splash Mountain reopened from it's refurbishment
With trains now in motion, people have started to question the Cast Members if the attraction is open or not
One train was brought out from storage
For Guests who have difficulties maneuvering to and from their wheelchair to the train, there is now one row where it may make it easier for them.
The top portion will fold down outward and the guest should be able to slide in
The bottom part also opens, making it easier for their feet when getting in and out of the car
Certain Cast Members were taking a ride
New ore car in the station area
It's 11 a.m. and waits for attractions were still great.
While Starbucks was being built, I never bothered to take pictures of the construction
But with the walls down, we can now see how it turns out

I saw the duck! It took me a minute, but then the image formed and now I can't "unsee" it. Very cool optical illusion. I love your pictures and thank you for doing this every week. You make my day every Friday because my life is not so happy right now but I can "visit" Disneyland once a week through you. I could never tell you how much that means to me sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize the "duck" in the flowers until I started going through the pictures on my computer. And when I saw those flowers, the "duck" instantly appeared to me. And just like you, once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. ha ha
