One thing I enjoy about Summer is that it can make for an enjoyable walk to the Disneyland Resort
I get there around 7:45 a.m. and there isn't a demand to get into either park.
Disney California Adventure recently opened Frozen Live at the Hyperion and Soarin' Around The World.
Heading into Disneyland first
More Guests were on the Tomorrowland rope drop side.
Probably all rushing to Hyper Space Mountain
I, on the other hand, visit another mountain...
Looking at the construction of Star Wars Land from Big Thunder
Heading over the bridge of Splash Mountain, and looking at the flat land
So many sticks in the ground
Star Wars Land ... or what little one can see from Tarzan's Treehouse
Looking through the Big Thunder Trail fence
The green mesh tarp that was placed in front of the peephole seems to have extended further along the fence.
I had to be one step ahead as I don't know how much longer the cracks in the fence will be obstructed by the mesh
Where the Skyway Chalet one stood are now little marker flags
Disney California Adventure
Frozen with its 4 shows
Even though they had machines, they were manually handing out FastPasses for the show
Even getting there around 9:30 a.m., they were still handing out FastPass tickets for the first show
Looking at the ticket, you'll notice that at the bottom, it states the viewing section
Soarin' Around the World was only posted at a 40 min wait at the time of this visit
Not bad for a new revamped attraction
Back on Buena Vista Street...
Oswald and Ortensia merchandise
I am so looking forward to the end of the 60th anniversary of Disneyland
Crowds heading in as I head out
Visiting the 6th floor of the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure to check out Star Wars Land
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
Why is there a dementor floating in one of the panorama construction shots? Eerie.
ReplyDeleteI saw that and was trying to remember what, if anything, was going on at the time I was snapping the panoramic picture.
DeleteThere were some parrots flying around to top level of the parking structure. I think one of them was flying by as I was snapping away.
Wow a lot of forms and pipes as well as what looks like maybe a permanent wall where upright rebar is by Fantasyland Theater. Concrete trucks are an awesome thing to finally see.
