Downtown Disney Parking Lot Test

Ah, the Downtown Disney Parking Lot.
So peaceful in the morning









But a change is about to take place.

Between Oct 16 - 18 2015, the Resort Transportation and Parking tested a new route when entering the Downtown Disney parking from Magic Way


As you enter the lot and pass the gate, drivers continue to travel down the road, as if they are going to Valet


But instead of making a right towards Valet pick-up/drop-off, drivers turn to the left and into the parking lot.




To enter the Lilo parking, drivers turn to the right, go through the Valet parking lot towards the back and drive through the open gate and straight into Lilo. (not pictured)

Disney wants to test this to see if this testing route will ease traffic and congestion from those entering and those exiting the Downtown Disney Parking Lot.

During peak times, entering and exiting the Downtown Disney Parking Lot can be a total nightmare.
