As I walked through Downtown Disney this early morning, I felt a certain chill that I haven't felt in a least a couple months.
As I was getting closer to the bag check, the chill got cooler and cooler. It wasn't until I was stopped in my tracks by the cooler air I was feeling
I turn, and notice where this cool chill in the air was coming from. It was coming from Anna and Elsa's Boutique. The newest store at Downtown Disney
Anna and Elsa's Boutique is the latest store to occupy this space. Prior to this, it was Club Libby Lu then Disney Studio 365
Mannequins dressed up with styles inspired by Frozen
Throughout Downtown Disney, banners hung above each store who were supporting 2014's CHOC Walk
Waiting to get inside Disneyland
The temporary First Aid location that was housed in the Main Street Lockers closed and is located back in its former location, near the Plaza Inn restaurant
The new First Aid and Wish Lounge have reopened and the facades look really spectacular.
Of course, anything other than that "trailer" type of building is better
The new First Aid sign
In this turn of the century building. it's called the Medical Building
Isn't it gorgeous?
With a "second story", that gives more room for dedicated windows to take place ha ha
This corridor gate that will lead Guests to and from Town Square to relieve congestion on Main Street
The back side of Main Street stores
I wonder if they will be addressing this or if it will continue to be exposed
The view one would see as they emerge from the gates
Disneyland President Michael Colglazier was seen walking.
That was such a suprise
Oh, they are choosing new Disneyland Ambassadors
That's why Michael Colglazier was out and about.
I guess because otherwise there wouldn't be a need for him inside the Park
Ah, Got it!
No wait for Haunted Mansion Holiday
Welcome foolish mortals,
To the Haunted Mansion Holiday
FastPass not being offered at this time
Scary statues
Looks like the trash can is tall enough to ride Splash Mountain.
But not sire if it's old enough to ride as a Single Rider
Splash Mountain penny press
Over at the Royal Courtyard, work still continues.
Although it doesn't look like much is taking place
I hope this doesn't turn out like the Toy Story Midway Mania queue structures, where they have been behind tarps for the last 6 months
Haunted Mansion merchandise
Unlike the Mansion itself, I used the flash before the store got busy with Guests
This looks like a hat a director of a movie would wear
A wall had appeared at the outdoor vending fruit cart as it gets to reopen next week
The tarps have been removed from the "it's a small world" facade
Over at Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, the seagulls on the buoy have returned
MINE! Mine! Mine! MINE! MINE!
Ms Cynthia Harris...
Is that you?
Halloween Time themed popcorn buckets
From this angel, the new facades for First Aid and the Wish Lounge really fit in well with the rest of Main Street USA.
It really did turn out great
Too bad I didn't and couldn't say that about New Orleans Square
Could you imagine stepping out of the shower, reaching for the towel, and seeing this!
Over at the Ink and Paint department inside the Disneyana, looks like a new Haunted Mansion themed cel is in the works
Heading over to Disney California Adventure now..
Even Disney California Adventure is seems pretty busy
The Toy Story Midway Mania queue structures behind tarps ... for what seems like forever!
Hopefully they can finish this before any rain comes.
Because these were most useful when trying to take cover
Not much else happening at Disney California Adventure, so I am heading out
But I have one more stop before I head home
Back at Anna and Elsa's Boutique
Frozen Fashion
Frozen stylized decor
I wonder if this store has seen more people in it's first week than both Libby Lu and Disney Studio 365 ever saw it their existence
Even Olaf is in here
This mannequin in the Elsa dress reminds me of Tabitha
I almost wanted to hand her my keys
Lighting left over from the previous stores
I dunno, I never went inside
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
