Because there are too many pictures, this pictorial will be broken up into two posts.
What a foggy morning it is at the Disneyland Resort on this St. Patrick's Day.
Can you believe that although my name would invoke some sort of green attire, I didn't wear any green at all.
And I didn't get pinched once!
The fog seems to be slowly lifting.
I just hope it doesn't last the entire morning.
The past couple of months, rope drop had been at the end of Main Street, either by Refreshment Corner or to the sidewalk ramps.
But today, they were in the spot I like, which is near the Frontierland entrance and the Tomorrowland entrance.
People were just rushing ... RUSHING to Pirates of the Caribbean.
A look at Tom Sawyer's Island, with a bit of haze lingering around
On March 18, it would mark the 50th anniversary since Pirates of the Caribbean opened at Disneyland
Who stuck a feather in that cap?!
Just past the ship and fort battle, the light was on where they keep the boats
Can you believe I have been trying to auction you off for the past 50 years?!
And there have yet to be any takers
The new route for the Disneyland Railroad as it travels along the boarder of the Rivers of America
Is the company partly owned by Purina?
I wonder if the is where the new walkway leading to and from Star Wars Land will attach to Critter Country
The new river edge being shaped?
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Pirates of the Caribbean, gold dusted Churros can be bought across from the Haunted Mansion
Must take pictures of the new churros
Instagram that stick
A new prop has been placed on the edge of the island with the preparation of the refurbished Fantasmic!
Star Wars Land as seen from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Looking out towards Pirates of the Caribbean, and it seems they are already using the extended ropes along the slope of the walkway
It's 9:35 a.m.
And people are already lining up for the Red Rose Taverne
So, I thought this was the back of the line for the 11:30 a.m. Royal Theatre presentation of Beauty and the Beast.
But if we follow it, it starts on the bridge closest to Frontierland's entrance ...
...wraps along the bench
...back up along the bridge leading to Fantasy Faire...
..getting towards the entrance of the Royal Theatre ...
... but then ... turns left and heads towards Maurice's Treats?!?!
The line practically starts to the right of the snack stand!
I wonder how long of a wait that is?
Too bad they didn't have a wait time sign
Green shirts are everywhere
Even a green omnibus
Exiting Disneyland, looking at the Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: Breakout! building
That will conclude Part I of Friday's pictorial
Check out Part II
