A lure was used in the area and so people were wandering around, trying to catch Pokemon
I kind of scope the area, and I see the maintenance guys all in the station. I hear one dressed in business attire that they are "Good to go".
So Big Thunder "opened", and as I (along with the 7 people in front of me) got to the loading area, one of the Cast Members came over and said that they can't get it to operate and the downtime is gonna take longer than they thought.
So we had to reverse our direction in line and leave
With 4 Cast Members standing at the exit, it's hard to be discreet in an area when there is no one else around.

Now Guests have an idea on why this area is closed off and all the construction taking place
Oh my, this area needs dusting
If I recall, this is the only attraction poster displayed that you can't ride.
Everything else that is hung up under the tunnels is open for everyone's enjoyment...
Except for the Disneyland Railroad

But Disney seems to have postponed it (if the rumors are true) since Disney California Adventure has nothing going for it during Halloween Time except for the Tower of Terror
