Oh man, it sure has cooled down this week. It's almost time to be putting on a jacket again. I didn't take one with me because I knew I would be walking around a lot and I would probably just get hot.
It's just about 8 a.m. and both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are about to open.
Disneyland's entrance looks bare...
But Disney California Adventure has a night crowd going.
Which one do I enter first ....
Looks like Disneyland is the first place I will go to
Wednesday started the new Disability Access Service (DAS). Several kiosks are place throughout the Resort for the DAS program
More information can be found on Disneyland's website Guests with Disabilities
Heading down Main Street U.S.A.
The info board is also home to one of the DAS kiosks
Now you can be like the Cast Members and wave to people with not just one Mickey glove, but two!
Oh, and don't forget your sorcerer hat
Walking through a quiet New Orleans Square
The Disneyland Resort is now implementing "Children under the age of 7 years must be accompanied by a person age 14 years or older" on the attraction signage.
Court of Angels has been walled off for construction to begin for the new entrance to Club 33
Hardly a wait on Haunted Mansion
We just saw the Pirates of the Caribbean signage about children under 7 must be accompanied by a person 14 years or older. If Disney couldn't put it on the actual sign, then a separate sign has been added that states the policy, as we see here at Haunted Mansion.
Although couldn't get all in the shot, looks like 13 man eating plants (separate from the ones singing) have been placed in the conservatory
Another face has been revealed
DAS kiosk 2
Looking at the exit tunnel from the first lift of Big Thunder Mountain
DAS Kiosk 3 in Fantasyland next to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
DAS Kiosk 4 next to The Little Green Men store
Want to know a secret?
Promise not to tell?
I am standing by a wishing well
As Disneyland gets more crowded, more people are going to City Hall for their DAS card
DAS Kiosk 1 for Disney California Adventure
"So we are here. To continue using this card, you go here to get a this and then go there for that, and go up there and down here and around that..."
The photo op is getting some popcorn lights to fit in the the Pier theme
New baskets for Silly Symphony Swings
I thought the wicker baskets worked great. But these hold more items, but you have to hope no one takes your stuff
DAS Kiosk 2 near the San Francisco Restrooms
Too funny. Do they expect people going on the Little Mermaid attraction to really park their strollers all the way over by the water wheel of Grizzly?? o.O
DAS Kiosk 3 which is the old Radiator Springs Racers return card stand
Word is that Minnie's Fly Girls Charter Airlines may be going away.
I don't know the reason, but I really like this little show.
I think it's better than the Red Car News boys.
I'm the ditzy one!
You sure are Kate
Ain't nothing going to break my stride
I'm so adorable
#BeLikeWalt
"Frozen" merchandise has appeared at Big Top Toys
Once you got all of your items, head on over to...
the cashier
Just like World of Disney, Emporium in Disneyland, and Buena Vista Street's Las Feliz Five and Dime, the other areas of Elias and Company now have the cashier lines formed with suggestive selling
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Feel free to leave a comment
Until Next Time...
I just saw Fantasia at the local cinema, and that sorcerer's hat looks tempting.
