refurbs! Refurbs! REFURBS!!

The weather has been great the past couple of days, and it continued on this day to the Disneyland Resort

Heading into Disney California Adventrue

As I was heading down Buena Vista Street, I see 5 & Dime

And they head down to the flag pole of Buena Vista Street

Down, around the flag pole

And then back up Buena Vista Street

Grizzly River Run still under refurbishment

The line up for World of Color FastPass.  I wonder how long it will be before World of Color FastPass goes away

This is fun!

Oh gosh, maybe I shouldn't have had two corn dogs earlier

Duffy as Mad Hatter

This drinking fountain is all alone behind the Duffy Meet-and-Greet

Flo's V8 Cafe went under a littler refurbishment during the week

Guests enjoying the smoother ride on this side of the junkyard with its resurfaced floor

I see sparkles...

Cars Land, a healthy crowd

"Why must my attraction always close for the latest movie preview?"

Time to take the DisneyParks plane as it takes us to Disneyland

Fantasy Faire is coming along nicely

Part of Maurice's Treats wagon

This tree would make a better window than door

I  don't see "Twisted" on the sign. I guess they eliminated it.  It was originally going to be Maurice's Twisted Treats

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad refurbishment

Wanna tambo on my tambourine ?

Can you believe that in a next month will be The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh's 10th anniversary

With so many attractions closed for refurbishment, would be cool if the canoes were open for Guests.  It would give them something else to do in this corner of the park other than meet Pooh and friends or ride his attraction

Between 2 - 3:30pm there was an open-house with Disneyland Resort President George Kalogridis to say Good-Bye as he heads off to Walt Disney World.  I wonder how many hourly Cast Members went.  I can only picture salary Cast Members go as it gives them an excuse to get out of the office and pretend that they care about his leaving

Over at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, The El Dorado Hotel face facing has been stripped away

The track over by the "Goat Trick" has been removed

Although I think it's to make it look more authentic, my friend questioned why are there gutters when this structure is underneath a big canopy

"Next stop is Tomorrowland .. .also known as Saturday" - Disneyland Railroad Cast Member  Ha ha

If she doesn't scare you, no evil thing will

Heading out

Thanks for stopping by and checking it out

Until Next Time...
