Cloudy Side of the Day at the Disneyland Resort
The "Beverly Hill" style signage has been updated to reflect the current Disneyland Resort logo. This sign has been here for quite some time, but because I hardly come down this area, I keep forgetting about it. But today I finally got a picture of it. :)
Look at that clear blue sky!
Walking down Buena Vista Street around 8:30am
Work being done at the Carthay Circle restaurant
Another new sign that I haven't been able to get a snap of till now. This sign has been in existence for about a month, but usually when I get to Disney California Adventure, the FastPass for Radiator Springs Racers has concluded for the day and the sign gets put away
The warning and restriction sign for Radiator Springs Racers was installed to inform Guests here instead of them finding out when they return with their FastPass at the attraction. This also helps show Guests that there is a height restriction of the ride.
Short wait for World of Color FastPass
The Pier is so calm at the moment
Even though Disney California Adventure's has been open for over a year now, Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Under the Sea; Journey of the Little Mermaid is starting their previews until its official opening date
Racers wasn't open yet
You will notice that poles have been installed on the right side of the street. They have been installed for Cars Land Christmas
The back side of the new Radiator Springs Racers restriction signage at its FastPass location
Now over at Mater's Junkyard Jamboree...
Earlier in the week, the trailers received new side cushions. This will help prevent kids from getting hurt from hitting their heads on either side of the fiberglass trailer
Clouds are starting to roll in
Racers finally open
See something new on the poles..
..brackets. To hold whatever will be strung across the street
Crowd control for Racers queue as they needed to set up the extended portion
They need to camouflager the backside of the Animation Building. Now that they redid the "it's tough to be a bug" show building, they could probably do the same thing here.
Just look at all those people. ha ha
Did they think by putting up the canvas with Mickey's shorts and glove that it somehow gives them an excuse to keep the awful Mickey houseware items in the window.
Look, now everything blends well. .... NOT!
This Cheshire Cat reminds me of American McGee's Alice action adventure game more than Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland
A line to get a handstamp and exit
Getting in line to exit.
The "waves" on top of the Nemo railing to keep kids off have been extended to more railings
The repainted facade for Redd Rockett's Pizza Port
More like Mallcade
This store reminds me of the Disney Character Warehouse stores. Ugh!
The line made famous by South Park. Although at this time it wasn't full of wheelchairs
More work being done on Paradise Pier Hotel
Repainting from turquoise to a sky blue
That will conclude today's pictorial
Thanks for stopping by and checking it out
Until Next Time...
